HIRT Level Two - 8 CEC Course

The HIRT Programming Principles course further expands on the high intensity resistance training philosophies of the HIRT Level 1 Course with a focus on the scientific principles of muscular conditioning and advanced stimulus techniques for increasing muscle size and strength.

There is further focus on volume, loading, and progression when programming HIRT sessions which will allow trainers to advance their knowledge in exercise selection and prescription.
